Our presence in Zambia has come through a single regional program — a multi-country COVID-19 healthcare worker exposure registry — delivered alongside our teams in Kenya, Uganda and Senegal.
Delivered as part of a wider regional program rather than a Zambia-only contract.
From national disease surveillance to county-level evaluations, our Kenya program spans nearly two decades of public health and development work.
Contributed to a multi-country registry tracking healthcare worker COVID-19 exposure, symptom onset, testing outcomes and infection prevention and control compliance, generating evidence the Gates Foundation and Amref used to inform healthcare worker protection policy during the pandemic response.
